Antiquissima quaeque commentia

Image is from Alciati's book of Emblems. Title means: "All that is most ancient is a lie." It is not related to the shown image (Emblem 189) but to another.

I have placed it here because sometimes I like to give a sign of life and display what's on my mind in a diffrent context to see what clicks.
